Coater Maintenance and Care: Conveyor Belt Maintenance and Care

1, to ensure that the coating equipment is installed horizontally, should be grounded, the installation of independent leakage switch for safe use.

2, to keep the coating machine clean, every day before starting the machine with compressed air machine will be inside and outside the shell of the dust, thread debris to be removed.  

3, the workbench, the outer cover shall not place hard objects (scissors, pens, rulers, tools, etc.), so as not to send into the conveyor belt will be damaged.  

4, boot first press the power to start, the temperature is set 50 ~ 60 ℃, do not exceed 80 ℃ (to achieve complete separation of the upper and lower belts before speed running conveyor belt) to adjust the required temperature is set again. Speed, temperature, pressure, etc. can be freely adjusted according to operational requirements.  

5, high-temperature operation can not be suddenly stopped, in the event of such an emergency, the use of manual devices will conveyor belt slowly rotating, in order to prevent damage to the conveyor belt due to high temperature.  

6, regular cleaning of the conveyor belt (using the original matching special conveyor belt decontamination cleaner, to ensure long life of the conveyor belt): A, sticking hot through the rubber is serious, every 4 hours to clean the conveyor belt once; B, must be cleaned before the end of the day before the shutdown once.  

7, daily and regularly on the coating machine transmission parts, bearing lubricant (high temperature grease), to ensure that the coating machine running smoothly for a long time.  

8、If the coater is moved to the original position after installation, please be sure to adjust the level, in order to prevent uneven pressure or conveyor belt deflection and damage.  

9, sticky ironing, please as far as possible, the upper piece is smaller than the lower piece, and the width of the cloth piece shall not be greater than the width of the coating machine, otherwise it may affect the sticky ironing, conveyor belt deflection or coating machine operation and stop.  

10, ready to stop after use, must be adjusted to no pressure pressure state, turn off the heating system, maintenance of the conveyor belt, and then set the delay cooling or automatic shutdown.
